D22-013- RESHAPING ENTREPRENEURSHIP WITH E-SUSTAINABILITY PLATFORM (FINAL SUBMISSION)

MY SMART goals;

a) In my course research to be finalized this year 2022, I will ensure to identify ways in which the electricity grid can have reduced carbon emissions and provide the same information to engineering businesses.

b) I will continue to encourage girls to joining STEM careers and increase the contribution of women in designing for sustainability

c) In my day to day work, I will continue to look for ways to be more sustainable and ensure to champion them in my workplace

My SMART Actions:

a) I will learn more about existing sustainability methods by researching more about it regularly.

b) I will aim to grow my understanding about the diverse areas engineering can influence and the responsibility it entails.

c) Taking part in workshops to share with younger students what engineering is and what it can accomplish to encourage a future generation of engineers.

My 3 goals:

1) I will ensure that when I design products I will consider the entire product life cycle, especially the end of its life.

2) When I am designing things, I will endeavour to fully understand the views and needs of all different types of stakeholders.

3) When I make decisions, I will prioritise the environmental impact and social impact of my actions.

My Smart Goals:

1. Always have global sustainabiloty in mind throughout my studies and my career.

2. Hosting workshops to inspire students to pursue engineering and show how it can solve the largest problems which the world faces.

3. I will be a more open minded person and allow myself to view problems from a diverse perspective to be more inclusive
